The Aina Mini Blood Glucose Monitoring System purchased directly from the Aina Mini website (https://ainamini.com/) or authorized partners (Flipkart, etc.) may be returned if the return is initiated within ten (10) days of the original purchase date, provided that you meet all the conditions set forth below. In order to start the return and refund process, please send an e-mail to support@janacare.com with the serial number (printed at the backside of the Aina Mini Device) of your device and the reason for return.

We shall schedule a pick-up for you and you must keep the Aina Mini Device in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, documentation and forms provided with the Aina Mini Device ready. The date of return must be within 15 days of the date of original purchase.

Once we receive your package and verify compliance with all conditions above, Jana Med Tech Pvt Ltd shall refund the full purchase price paid, via your original method of payment.  The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. However, usually the refunds are processed within 7 days after the verification of the product.

The Customer assumes any and all risk of loss or damage to the Aina Mini Device and the materials while in transit to Jana Med Tech Pvt Ltd.

Aina Mini Blood Glucose Test Strips and Aina Mini Sterile Lancets are considered medical supplies and therefore are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective (see below).

Something Wrong with your Aina Mini

If your Aina Mini Device or Aina Mini Supplies (collectively “Aina Mini Products”) are not working properly due to a defect in materials or workmanship that appears within the first five years from the date of original purchase, Jana Med Tech Pvt Ltd, in its discretion, may replace your defective Aina Mini Product, subject to the terms and conditions of your warranty. For additional information please refer to the warranty in your User Guide.

Please note that the warranty found in your User Guide is the sole warranty provided by Jana Med Tech Pvt Ltd and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. The warranty in your User Guide applies only to the original purchasers of Aina Mini Products and/or their agents and does not apply to the performance of a Aina Mini Product that has been damaged by accident or has been altered, misused, tampered with, or abused in any way.
